Acquired a two-building, 155,000 SF, 73% leased, suburban flex/office campus in Cincinnati, Ohio, from the CMBS Special Servicer. The property sold well below market due to significant deferred maintenance. PNL immediately invested to modernize the exterior façade, replace roofs and mechanical systems, and added new tenants including a large fitness and yoga studio and tech companies, elevating the building class and occupancy allowing the disposition within 31 months following acquisition.
