Elaine Noel joined PNL in 2018 as Office Manager overseeing office needs, technology and manages certain accounting functions including payables and receivables.

Prior to joining PNL, she was at Baylor Research Institute where she was an Executive Assistant. Previously she was with the Cardiopulmonary Research Science and Technology Institute as Office Manager/Executive Assistant. She also worked at Tenet Health in its tax department.

Elaine earned a Business Associate degree from Collin College.
