Dan Levitan is the founding principal, along with David Porter, of The LNP Companies, an affiliate of the PNL Companies, where Mr. Levitan has been Director of Acquisitions from 1999-2021.  While continuing to maintain his ownership interest in PNL’s existing assets, starting in 2022, Mr. Levitan began purchasing new deals solely through LNP as its majority member.

Prior to joining PNL in 1999, Mr. Levitan held several positions in the commercial real estate investment and advisory business in Southern California. He was previously the Director of Real Estate Consulting with Price Waterhouse in Los Angeles, and a Consulting Manager with Kenneth Leventhal & Company, which was subsequently absorbed into the real estate practice at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Levitan is a licensed California real estate broker. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California in Finance and Real Estate, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
