Bruce Brewer joined PNL in 2004 and serves as the Senior Underwriter and is responsible for identifying, modeling, assessing, and pricing PNL’s investment opportunities.

Prior to joining PNL, Bruce worked for Insignia Financial Group where he was responsible for asset management, investment modeling and underwriting of institutional-grade commercial real estate. Prior to Insignia, Bruce held underwriting, asset management and valuation focused roles at GE Capital Real Estate, Arthur Andersen, AMRESCO and Bank of America.

Bruce holds a BBA from the University of North Texas and previously held a general real estate appraiser’s license in Texas.
